Our maintenance service does not begin and end inside the facility. We also make sure that the exterior is also well-managed since our residents are allowed to walk around the area and dirty and mismanaged surroundings do not reflect our dedication to providing residents a place that is conducive to their daily living. Aside from the housekeeping and maintenance services we have inside the facility, we also have staff assigned to ensure the proper management of the grounds and parking lot area of our facility. They make sure that trash and snow removal is done properly and on time.
